Refund/Return Policy for Cerebra Ultra

We will provide you with a full refund within 60 days of your initial order date. If you are not happy with the Product, please contact us at support@cerebraultra.com. Please have the number of your Invoice ready, as well asyour name, billing address (used on your credit card). We will process a full refund within one business day.

Return auto-shipment at any time by contacting our customer support at support@cerebraultra.com. Product will only be shipped following authorization of the monthly billing amount to your EFT/Credit Card information provided at the time of your initial order. You may cancel your EFT/Credit Card authorization by notifying us at least 10 days prior to the next billing cycle, which will result in nofurther billing and shipments of product. Cancellation will only take effect after we have had sufficient time to allow us and our financial institution, using commercially reasonable (but not extraordinary) efforts to act on this notice. No refunds will be issued for returns after the sixty (60) day period from your initial order date. Recurring auto-shipments beyond the 60 day trial period from the initial order date do not qualify for money back guarantee and no refunds will be issued for product returned outside the sixty (60) day period from your initial order date.

What should I return?
Try Cerebra Ultra for a full 60 Days and if you are not happy for any reason and you don’t see wonderful results, just return the bottles and we’ll immediately buy it back from you. Please have your invoice number and your name as used on your credit card ready.

How long will it take to process my refund?
After your return package is received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed 1-2 business days later. If you are calling to request a refund for a single bottle purchase, your refund will be processed within 24 hours.
